Software Engineer

Medianetwork software engineers build software and business intelligence systems using the latest technology ( both Open Source and propietary), including XML and Oracle. They are asked to push the limits in development speed and architectural robustness to build solid, scaleable, and flexible solutions. Senior Software Developer

* Strong or expert knowledge of:

- C or C++

- PHP

- Shell

- SQL / Database programming

- HTML / Javascript

- Mail protocols ( POP3 / SMTP )

- Networking foundations

- TCP protocol stack functioning basics

- Linux/Unix security model

- Linux process resources management

- Object Oriented Programming

* Intermediate with Linux system administration ( RHEL / FedoraCore )

* At least one year of experience with:

- HTTP

- DNS

- MySQL or Oracle

- XML / XSL

Software developer

* Strong knowledge of:

- C or C++

- PHP

- Shell

- SQL / Database programming

- HTML / Javascript

* Basic level of Linux system administration ( RHEL / FedoraCore )

* At least one year of experience with:

- HTTP

- DNS

- MySQL or Oracle

- Object Oriented Programming

System administrator

Strong or expert knowledge of:

- Linux systems administration

- Networking foundations

- TCP protocol stack functioning basics

- Linux/Unix security model

- Linux process resources management

* Intermediate or strong knowledge of

At least one year of experience with:
